Last Week's Message - Blueprint for Sight
Palm Sunday and Potluck

Palm Sunday and Potluck

March 29, 2026

Join us as we sing Hosannas to welcome Jesus on his triumphant entry to Jerusalem.  This begins our walk alongiside him during Holy Week.

Worship with us at 8:30 or 10:30 AM in the Sanctuary.  After the later service at about 12:00 PM meet us downstairs in the Fellowship Hall for a Potluck lunch.  Our Single Board will be there to present the work they are doing to lead us in our mission and ministry to the community.

If you can, you are invited to bring a covered dish, side item, or desert to share.  If not, that's ok. There is always plenty.

Set up and clean up for potlucks happens organically, so if you can come a little early or stay a little after we would appreciate the help.

Holy Week and Easter
Community Death Cafe

Community Death Cafe

Presented by Moonlit Moth Doula Services - Saturday, April 4, 2026

Join host Addie of Moonlit Moth Doula Services for an open-hearted conversation about death, dying, and everything in between.

A Death Café is a welcoming space where people come together to share thoughts, stories, and questions about mortality in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. There is no agenda or set outcome—just honest conversation over tea and treats.

Death Cafés are not grief support groups or counseling sessions. They are community conversations meant to break the taboo around death and help us reflect more deeply on life.

All are welcome. Bring your curiosity, an open heart, and maybe a friend.

Donations are welcome to keep event sustainable for Addie. There is no religious affiliation with these events and we thank Broadway United Methodist Church for hosting this session.

Easter Lilies

Memorials and honorariums are now being accepted for the purchase of Lilies for Easter worship.  We are suggesting a donation of $10.00 for each lily, however we will remember and honor your loved ones with any amount you can give.  Please complete the [ONLINE FORM] or pick one up at the Welcome Center desk, complete it and make your donation [ONLINE], or by cash or check (designated for flowers) and place it in the Sunday offering or return to the office.  If you wish to keep a lily, let us know and when they are removed from the Sanctuary we will save one for you.

Basket Auction

As part of Broadway's fundraiser for the tower clock repairs, we will be holding a silent auction of gift baskets.  If you or your ministry or small group would like to put together a basket, please see Shannon, Kasey, or leave a message for them with the church office.
