With November 11 being Veterans Day, it seems fitting to make our fourth quarter mission project in support of veterans.
New Visions Homeless Services is opening 10 apartments on the their 15th Street campus specifically for veterans needing temporary housing. Tenants will be able to stay 90-180 days, and being with other veterans will hopefully give them the same sense of community they had while in the military. They will get various types of physical and mental assistance, and help to move to more permanent housing.
Each apartment will be set up with things such as new sheets, towels, dishes, and silverware. Residents will then be able to take them with them when they move. Because of that, New Visions is seeking donations of both items and monetary. They even have an Amazon wish list that you can shop for [HERE]. If you prefer to pick up items a list is included below.

September completed our 3rd quarter tithing partnership with Bridges Out of Poverty. We will very soon present them with a check that represents 10% of the amount of giving Broadway received from July 1 through September 30, 2026.
