You may have noticed that the front of the Sanctuary where the choir and bells sit now has new seating. The pews that were in the area behind the piano and organ console have been replaced with more comfortable seating. The new seats allow Jan to adapt seating depending on choir size and configuration and provide a better look for the Praise Band seating than the folding chairs they were using. We thank the memorial committee for the gift from undesignated memorials to purchase the chairs.
Thank you to those who helped move the long, awkward pews to the narthex behind the Sanctuary. We would love to see them re-homed. If you know someone who would like them whole or deconstructed they are available for free. There is plenty of fabric and lumber that could be repurposed for woodworking and craft projects. For anyone interested contact the church office. We can arrange to help you move them to your vehicle or give you time to deconstruct them before moving them out.
