Popsicles in the Park Shared Broadway's Joy

What does a warm day, a big box of popsicles, kids and a splash pad look like? FUN!  We met at the Fairmount Park Splash Pad last Wednesday night for some fellowship and icy treats.  21 adults and children convened on the splash pad and had a ton of fun!

We made some new friends, saw our old friends and shared some Broadway love with our community.  Overhead from one of our younger kids, "I bet since I've been playing in the water at the splash pad, I won't have to take a bath tonight!"  Mom quickly shot down that idea!

Save the date of 6/22 for a meet up at Kirn Park from 9-10:30 in a few weeks.  We'll get together and play on their awesome playground so the kids can connect with their church friends again! Water and snacks will be provided.  Hope to see you there!
